Nataliya Mykolska is a strategic transformation expert helping companies to grow internationally with 20+ years of experience. Nataliya is also an independent non-executive board member.
Nataliya is a non-executive member of the Supervisory Board of Ukrhydroenergo, PJSC. She is a co-founder of Dattalion, NGO – a Ukraine’s data battalion. Nataliya is also a co-founder of and a member of the Supervisory Board of UYAVA Fashion Collaboration Platform, NGO and SheExports Platform, NGO. She is a co-founder at Trade+ Center with Kyiv School of Economics.
In 2018-2019, she was visiting Fellow of Stanford Ukrainian Emerging Leaders Program with the Stanford Center for Democracy Development and Rule of Law.
2015-2018 Nataliya was the Trade Representative of Ukraine-Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade. She was responsible for developing and implementing consistent, predictable and efficient trade policy incl. Export strategy of Ukraine. She was a driver of women economic empowerment initiatives within the Government.
Before joining the government during almost 15 years she was working as a legal counsel in Ukraine’s top law firms, concentrated on all aspects of international trade including WTO and free trade agreements, trade remedy proceedings, trade financing, cross-border trade transactions and contracts, agency and distribution, franchising and other matters. Nataliya also worked with governmental institutions to assist in approximation of Ukrainian legislation to Ukraine’s international obligations.
