Yegor is a Partner in Deloitte Ukraine office. He leads Consulting and Risk Advisory Services practices in Ukraine.

Yegor has over 20 years of experience working with major companies in CIS, CEE, Middle East and Western Europe on a variety of topics. In particular, he has launched and facilitated major turnaround programs, led strategy design projects at both corporate and business division level, assisted clients in M&A-related projects and advised them on governance and organization issues.

He has delivered projects to clients from multiple industries – Financial Services, Private Equity, Metals and Mining, Agriculture, Airlines, Consumer Goods, and Retail Trade.

Prior to Deloitte, Yegor spent 13 years in one of the Big-3 firms leading their CEE FSI practice and, before that, 7 years in the CIS franchise of Citigroup.
